Posh® Summer Bootcamp

 

Posh® Summer Bootcamp is a  6-week outdoor training class that is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercises. Each session will involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running, stretching, and relays. Posh Summer Bootcamp is a challenging, fun and supportive workout! Each boot camp workout is a 1-hour long.

Posh® Great Cycle Challenge!

This June, We are taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

The challenge starts on June 1 with thousands of riders across the country. You set yourself a personal ride target to pedal in June! We will log the studio miles throughout the month to achieve our 3000 miles goal all the way to June 30.
