Posh® Fall Bootcamp

 

Posh® Bootcamp is a  6-week outdoor training class that is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercises. Each session will involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running, stretching, and relays. Posh Bootcamp is a challenging, fun and supportive workout! Each boot camp workout is a 1-hour long.
